Clare has 30 years’ experience as a development leader in Canberra, with an MBA and tertiary qualifications in Land Economics. In her professional role as a senior project director for CIC Projects and Australand Holdings, Clare has managed the design and delivery of residential estates and masterplanned communities across the ACT and NSW including Crace. Clare’s outstanding expertise in community development and sustainability, with a passion for exploring a Designing for Country future, makes her ideally skilled to lead the regenerative development of Gungahlin Homestead.
An Australian National University educated CPA, qualified accountant and investor, Ian founded Capital Self Storage in the late 1980s. The enterprise grew into Capital Holdings Group, a leading commercial property and self-storage operation with assets across the ACT and NSW. Ian has championed many sustainable development projects, including Canberra's leading construction waste recycler at Pialligo. A life member of the National Trust ACT and avid car collector, Ian's museum-like "Ollie's Garage" attracts enthusiasts locally and worldwide. His keen eye on heritage value and the value in under-utilised assets makes him ideal for the Gungahlin Homestead vision and project.
